Welcome to Blackberry & Sun, named after the nostalgic, warm, sunny memories from my childhood picking warm blackberries in the afternoon sun in the Pacific Northwest.

I am a travel, adventure, + lifestyle photographer based out of Boulder, Colorado with a passion for telling stories and freezing once-in-a-lifetime kind of moments forever in time. My goal as a photographer is to produce images that are as nostalgic as picking blackberries in the afternoon sun.

I have spent 10 years capturing memories and exploring some of the world's most breathtaking landscapes, and I am here to help you craft your own unique story authentic to you through beautiful, timeless images. My approach to photography is simple - I believe in telling stories - your story - through natural light, genuine moments, and stunning outdoor landscapes. Whether it's photographing your next mountain adventure, a travel photography session on your outdoor journey, or branding photography for your outdoor company, I bring a unique perspective and skill set that brings out-of-the-box solutions to the table.

From the rocky shores of the Pacific Northwest to the mountain tops of Colorado.

I was born and raised in a small coastal town west of Seattle lovingly called Seabeck. I was raised playing with intertidal crabs, collecting sea glass, and riding horses. In 2017 I moved to sunny Boulder, Colorado where I studied Business management with an emphasis in corporate sustainability and communication. As my time showing horses closed, Colorado became my playground for rock climbing, ice climbing, ski instructing, photography, and printmaking. 2024 led me on a 4-month trip abroad to Patagonia and 2 torn ligaments in my wrist which has forced me to shift gears, granting me the opportunity to pursue photography.

​From the Pacific Northwest salmon runs, Colorado Wildflowers, to the jagged peaks of Patagonia, my photography is shaped by my relationships, life experiences and the deep sense of gratitude I have for nature. My photography is a reflection of my values- ecological appreciation and conservation, human connection, self-confidence, community, and whatever else feels profound in the chapter of life I am in.
